Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support.

  • You will assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Identify and seize upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
  • Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and purchase history to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, actively participating in sales initiatives and promotions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and close sales.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
Requirements
  • You must have proven experience in customer service and sales roles, demonstrating strong performance in both areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • You should be able to build relationships and influence customer buying decisions.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
