Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Lube Technician to join our team at Butler Machinery Company. As a Diesel Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on agriculture equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and diagnose problems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Proactively maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certificate in a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field; experience with diesel engines and equipment a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
