Position Overview

Are you seeking an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills? As a Clinical Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in guiding, supervising, and supporting our dedicated clinical personnel. This position involves representing Pathways Health and Community Support, LLC during various interventions, court proceedings, and community meetings.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing client documentation to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the implementation of effective treatment strategies. You will also be tasked with addressing client concerns and resolving issues as they arise.

This role provides the chance to offer direct counseling to a designated caseload while gaining valuable leadership experience within your team. Please note that this position requires on-call availability on a rotating basis.

  • Annual salary range of $65,000-$70,000

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Possession of an LCSW or LCPC license in the state of IL, or a commitment to obtain licensure within six months of employment
  • A minimum of one year of direct experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families
  • A valid State Driver's License and automobile insurance
  • If relocating, an IL driver's license must be acquired within thirty days of employment
