Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
  • Train and lead a team of crew members to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean, organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Assist with food safety and quality control, including monitoring time and temperature on the line and ensuring proper hand washing and glove changes.
  • Help resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences.
  • Develop and cross-train crew members to ensure a well-rounded team.
  • Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties, such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Chipotle Crew member or Kitchen Leader.
  • Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
  • Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health department matters.
  • Familiarity with office paperwork.
  • Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Restaurant experience.
