Key Responsibilities:

  • Lend your merchandising expertise to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to provide operational leadership and support to your team.
  • Develop and mentor new and existing team members to ensure their success and growth within the company.
  • Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 to $72,000 plus bonus annually.
  • Benefits package including medical, dental, and prescription benefits, 401(k) program with company match, paid vacation, sick/personal pay, employee discount, life insurance, and long-term disability insurance.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail management experience.
  • Ability to relocate for promotion.
