KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide legal counsel to executive leadership, senior management, and the board of directors on a variety of issues, including legal rights and compliance with new and existing regulations;

Oversee the organization's legal matters;

Draft and review agreements, including employment contracts and vendor agreements;

Stay informed about the organization's operations and maintain legal documentation;

Conduct legal research and evaluate the company's litigation strategy concerning legal disputes;

Develop and implement directives for corporate governance and decision-making;

Maintain all corporate records;

Manage statutory filings, including licensing documentation;

Coordinate with external legal counsel on their assignments;

Establish new entities and oversee the management of the organization's intellectual property.

QUALIFICATIONS

J.D. degree from an accredited law school;

A minimum of 4 years of experience with a reputable law firm;

Demonstrated legal expertise in fund investments, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions;

Familiarity with corporate governance matters and corporate secretarial responsibilities;

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;

In-depth knowledge of business-related laws, regulations, and compliance;

Strong grasp of the sensitive nature of business operations and confidentiality requirements.
