Marketing Project Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Project Specialist to create and implement a product launch strategy. In this role, you will work closely with sales, design, and public relations teams to produce diverse marketing materials, monitor campaign performance, meet deadlines, work on multiple ongoing projects, and analyze consumer data to refine the company's marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and design compelling online marketing materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional emails.
  • Work alongside design and public relations teams to produce white papers, infographics, and marketing videos.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, presenting insights to the marketing team and company management.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing materials by analyzing metrics such as conversion rates, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
  • Review consumer data to identify effective marketing strategies and ways to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create Marketing Collaterals for Customers as well as the internal sales team.
  • Assess the return on investment (ROI) for various marketing campaigns.
  • Network with potential customers and industry professionals to promote our products and grow brand awareness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Technical background in Hydronics or an interest in learning more is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 per year
