Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine lubrications, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks on mechanical warehouse equipment
- Assist and monitor outside contractors to ensure quality work
- Maintain inventory controls for cost-effective operations
- Schedule and complete preventative maintenance procedures
- Ensure safety standards are met and comply with company, local, city, state, and federal guidelines
- Monitor and maintain grounds and building systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong background in maintenance repair and preventative maintenance programs
- Good organizational, communication, and planning skills
- Basic computer and parts inventory system skills
- Aptitude to investigate and problem-solve various mechanical issues
