As a Traveling Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and laboratory results
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Experience in labor and delivery nursing, preferably in a travel or per diem setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability
