Job SummaryThe Radiology Technologist operates radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of designated body parts under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety procedures. This role requires skills in urgent care, including pediatrics, and involves providing direct patient care under the direction of a physician.
Key Responsibilities- Operate radiographic equipment to produce quality radiographs of designated body parts
- Work interdependently with other medical professionals to provide quality healthcare to patients
- Provide direct patient care under the direction of a physician, including performing specific services to care for patients' personal needs and comforts
- Accomplish patient care in a timely, professional, efficient, and safe manner
- Graduate of Radiologic Technology program required
- Registered Technologist for Radiography required
- No experience required, but 1 year of clinical experience in Radiology and Urgent Care preferred
Variable schedule, Monday to Friday 8am-8pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am-4pm. Every other weekend required.
