Job Responsibilities

The Radiology Technologist will operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of designated body parts under the direct order of a physician and in accordance with radiation safety protocols. This role requires expertise in urgent care, including pediatric care, and involves providing patient care in a timely, professional, and safe manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Work under the direct order of a physician and follow radiation safety protocols
  • Provide patient care in a timely, professional, and safe manner
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide quality healthcare
  • Perform specific services to care for patients' personal needs and comforts

Requirements

Experience:

  • No experience required, but clinical experience in radiology and urgent care is preferred

Education:

  • Graduate of a radiologic technology program

Licensure/Certification:

  • Registered Technologist for Radiography

Work Schedule:

  • Variable shifts, Monday through Friday, 8am-8pm, and Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm

Weekend and Call Requirements:

  • Every other weekend
  • No call requirements
