We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Regal Medical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in optimizing patient care through effective medication management.
Key Responsibilities- Medication Therapy Management: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use, identifying potential issues and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
- Patient Education: Provide comprehensive education to patients on medication use, disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards for medication management and patient care.
- Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a pharmacist in the State of California.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical pharmacy practice, with a focus on medication management and patient care.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $125,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
