We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Medical Records Data Entry Specialist to join our healthcare team at International SOS Government Medical Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately enter medical data into our systems, managing medical records, and assisting with archiving processes.
- Review medical records and x-rays to ensure completeness and accuracy before archiving.
- Create, transfer, file, and prepare medical records and x-rays for processing or shipping.
- Process requests for medical records and x-rays from Occupational Health Clinics (OHCs), agencies, or employees in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of data entry experience, with demonstrated fast and accurate data entry skills.
- Familiarity with medical, science, and technology terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, basic computer, and website use.
- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $70,000.
- Comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
- 401k plan, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
