About the Role

Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is committed to providing high-quality patient care, and we're seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our team. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, ultrasound principles, and quality assurance procedures.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and communication, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Requirements
  • Registered by ARDMS, RVT, or other accredited ultrasound registry.
  • Two years' experience in ultrasound imaging, with a strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and ultrasound principles.
  • Ability to lift, move, and position patients, as well as follow oral and written instructions.
  • Current BLS certification and willingness to learn new technologies and procedures.
