Role Summary and RequirementsThe Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker II is a key support role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies within the Food & Nutrition Department. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service to both patients and staff, and may involve training and mentoring other team members.
- Exhibits proficiency in specific competencies as outlined in the Competency Checklist and meets established performance goals annually.
- Upholds ethical standards in all practices, ensuring confidentiality and patient rights.
- Completes tasks within designated timeframes while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
- Demonstrates the ability to multitask during high-demand periods.
- Ensures the accuracy and thoroughness of all work performed.
- Maintains a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
