Role Summary and Requirements

The Food & Nutrition Food Service Worker II is a key support role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organization, and distribution of food and supplies within the Food & Nutrition Department. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service to both patients and staff, and may involve training and mentoring other team members.

  • Exhibits proficiency in specific competencies as outlined in the Competency Checklist and meets established performance goals annually.
  • Upholds ethical standards in all practices, ensuring confidentiality and patient rights.
  • Completes tasks within designated timeframes while effectively prioritizing responsibilities.
  • Demonstrates the ability to multitask during high-demand periods.
  • Ensures the accuracy and thoroughness of all work performed.
  • Maintains a tidy and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: High School Diploma or equivalent.
