Position Summary & Responsibilities
As a Family Support Coordinator, you will act as a representative of an Eligibility Specialist or Employment Services Specialist in their absence or if otherwise unavailable. You will assist in research to identify community partners and seek out community resources to meet clients' needs or for collaboration with leadership. You are expected to demonstrate a commitment to customer service and participate in activities in support of the Agency mission. The position requires a commitment to work effectively with other units and DCF Divisions in providing a harmonious work environment that is conducive to improving agency outcomes and office operations.

- Minimum Qualifications: Education - General
- Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements: Security Clearance: A background check is required for all positions with the Department for Children and Families (DCF) as a condition of employment, which may include fingerprinting and FBI check. Security clearance must be obtained prior to employment with DCF.
