About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to Case Managers working with children and families to ensure their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Case Managers in developing and implementing plans to improve the quality of life for children and families.
  • Teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication to families.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to access resources, plan, and advocate for children and families.
Requirements

We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a strong desire to help families in times of crisis, and wants to build on their strengths for healthy, long-lasting relationships. A high school diploma or equivalent and/or previous work experience demonstrating competency in a role serving children and families is required.
