Job Summary

The Field Foreman will oversee a team of professionals and manage daily on-site activities. This individual will work closely with the Project Supervisor and play a crucial role in the project's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the direction of the Project Supervisor.
  • Manage a crew performing tasks on the jobsite.
  • Ensure the safety of the crew.
  • Monitor the quality of work produced by the crew.
  • Communicate daily with the Project Supervisor to report any issues.
  • Enforce all safety and operational rules required by WRN and the General Contractor.
  • Work with the crew to complete tasks.
  • Read and understand submittal sheets for rough-in fixtures and carriers.
  • Have knowledge of plumbing and mechanical codes.
  • Have knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) code.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work at various heights above floor using ladders, scaffolding, and manlifts when required.
  • Work in excavated trenches.
  • Work overtime as required.
  • Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to jobsites.
  • Perform multiple tasks safely and with quality.
  • Own all necessary hand tools.
  • Work inside and outside.
  • Have knowledge of the piping system being installed.
  • Bring optimization to work every day.
  • Be in control of your destiny.
  • Continuously learn and improve.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
Safety Responsibilities
  • Each employee is responsible for their own safety, the safety of their coworkers, and the community.
  • Observe all safety, health, and loss prevention rules, practices, and procedures.
  • Be aware of potential hazards in the environment.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in plumbing and/or mechanical construction field.
  • Journeyman's license in the respective trade is a plus.
Requirements

  • Ability to work cooperatively with others.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality standards.
