Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Billing Specialist to join our team and provide support services for our firm. This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a full benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Process invoices in accordance with client submission requirements;
- Track invoices and address client invoicing concerns to ensure payment;
- Initiate, respond to and maintain written and verbal communication with clients and vendors;
- Regularly maintain status reports and calendar deadlines;
- And other duties as required.
- Associates/ Bachelor's Degree OR A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Billing or Accounting preferably in a law firm environment;
- Experience with Bankruptcy/Bankruptcy billing;
- Customer Service experience;
- Coursework in Accounting preferred;
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high volume foreclosure firm;
- Strong computer and analytical skills;
- Must be organized and able to multitask;
- Experience with Perfect Practice and Perfect Practice Financials a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Excel Skills - highly recommended.
