Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Security Patrol Officer to join our esteemed organization, Security One. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security for various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular security patrols of assigned areas using company vehicles.
  • Monitor parking lots and public areas to ensure the safety of all individuals.
  • Identify and report any irregularities or potential safety hazards.
  • Respond to emergencies by alerting the appropriate authorities when necessary.
  • Enforce company policies by addressing rule violations such as loitering or unauthorized access.
  • Control access to premises by verifying the identity of individuals entering and exiting.
  • Protect company assets by observing personnel and preventing theft.
  • Document incidents, accidents, and suspicious activities in detailed reports.
  • Assist customers, employees, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a valid security guard license.
  • Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear background check.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in using communication devices.
  • Ability to operate a vehicle safely.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to assess situations and respond appropriately.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Must pass a comprehensive background check.

Work Environment:

The role involves both indoor and outdoor activities, with exposure to varying temperatures. Major activities include walking, driving, standing, and observing.
