Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to clients, identifying their needs and making product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product knowledge and features to clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products, and be able to communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the retail or service industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends, and the ability to communicate this knowledge to clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, and to collaborate with others to achieve sales goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing sales environments and to prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements
  • Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally over 50 pounds with a two-person lift.
  • Mobility: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours), and to move freely around the store.
  • Vision: Ability to visually verify information and to locate and inspect merchandise.
