Job Title: Beauty Advisor

At Ulta Beauty, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with guests, and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions and making product recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Conduct cashier tasks, including processing transactions and handling returns and exchanges.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and facing merchandise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift.
