As a key representative of the SERVPRO brand, the Restoration Supervisor embodies the company's commitment to customer service. This role involves coordinating, overseeing, and executing work activities on projects to meet service requirements and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and execute production processes as planned while ensuring quality assurance
  • Enhance customer and client satisfaction, monitored through online feedback
  • Set clear expectations for restoration technicians and supervise their work
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate job file to document services rendered
  • Manage labor and materials used on assigned projects
  • Communicate effectively with the restoration project manager and office personnel regarding project status and challenges
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to all OSHA regulations for job safety
  • Safeguard assets by properly utilizing equipment and materials
  • Mentor and train restoration technicians
Position Requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction
  • IICRC certification is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
  • Capability to lift at least 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
  • Proficiency in repetitively pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects
  • Comfortable working with cleaning agents
