This role is responsible for leading and directing the activities of Line Service Technicians, ensuring the provision of exceptional customer service to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Direction: Oversee the daily operations of the Line Service department, ensuring compliance with Company policies, airport regulations, FAA guidelines, and environmental regulations.
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring a seamless and smooth experience during their visit to the FBO.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for Line Service personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and meets regulatory requirements.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with management, employees, and customers, ensuring clear understanding of policies, procedures, and expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards, excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic calculations.
  • Certifications: Ability to acquire and maintain a Current GSC Certification with Chartered Airlines operating out of the FBO.
  • Work Environment: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, precipitation, or wind.
