Job Overview

Ancora Education is seeking an experienced Electrical Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will play a vital role in providing students with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their field of study.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality instruction to students, utilizing classroom and lab settings to provide an engaging learning experience.
  • Develop and implement curriculum to ensure students meet learning objectives and achieve their educational and career goals.
  • Manage classrooms and promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, providing support and resources as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing faculty assessment and professional development activities to ensure an active and engaged classroom experience.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory bodies' guidelines, as well as internal policies of the company.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and/or proof of completion of related vocational training program.
  • Five years of verifiable industry experience within the last ten years.
  • Must be certified or licensed where required by law.
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse groups.
  • Demonstration of highest levels of integrity and professionalism in all aspects, including appearance, demeanor, and attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience teaching in a proprietary education setting and/or experience with training employees within the industry.
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and accreditation regulations applicable to the proprietary education industry.
