Job Summary

The DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team on a part-time basis. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery or a related field preferred.
