Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to drive our sales initiatives and contribute to our growth at AGI. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-energy environment and are eager to maximize their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy solutions.
  • Arrange complimentary consultations for prospective customers.
  • Engage with clients through in-person presentations.
  • Maintain an organized client database to ensure the sales team has access to up-to-date information.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated areas to broaden our client base.
  • Communicate effectively with potential clients through various channels to convert them into qualified leads.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics monthly and quarterly to meet sales objectives.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team to facilitate prompt customer responses.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM software as part of the sales process.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be willing to travel.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role or a related field is required.
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
