Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of buildings and facilities, including heavy cleaning tasks such as floor cleaning, carpet shampooing, wall washing, and rubbish removal.
  • Report to management regarding the need for minor or major repairs or enhancements to building systems.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, colleagues, supervisors, and management.
  • Adhere to all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures set by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Flexibility to complete all assigned tasks is essential.
Essential Duties:
  • Vacuum and clean carpeted areas, including spot cleaning treatments.
  • Clean tables, chairs, and equipment in dining areas, suites, and lounges.
  • Service and maintain necessary supplies for assigned restrooms.
  • Clean interior glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools.
  • Maintain an organized janitor's closet and ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Collect and dispose of trash.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
This position is suitable for individuals entering or re-entering the workforce with limited experience and education.
