MH7, Medical Housecalls 7, has been a leader in delivering mobile medical services to geriatric patients for nearly 14 years. Our mission is to assist elderly individuals who face challenges in accessing primary care. We provide a range of services, including mobile primary care, podiatry, and psychiatry, directly to patients in their homes or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver in-person medical care to geriatric patients within an assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load, averaging 8-10 patients daily, to enhance care quality.
  • Utilize an easy-to-navigate electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience is preferred but not mandatory; training and support are available.
