Job Title: Sr. Director, Data and Analytics

TalentRemedy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Director, Data and Analytics to lead our data and analytics initiatives. This is a critical role that will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of data platforms, analytics strategies, and data governance practices to align with our business objectives and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Data Management: Develop and execute a strategic vision for data and analytics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business strategy.
  • Data Platform Development & Architecture: Oversee the design and management of scalable, secure data platforms, including SQL databases, Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Analytics Leadership: Drive the development of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modeling, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing data and analytics team, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to staff.
  • Data Governance & Compliance: Develop and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams focused on data engineering, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure or other cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of implementing data platforms, leading data governance efforts, and delivering scalable data solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field required.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications in data architecture, cloud platforms (Azure), Snowflake, or advanced analytics tools are a plus.
