- Supervise and Train Staff: Oversee and train teacher aides, interns, and volunteers to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional support to children.
- Compile Reports and Statistics: Accurately and efficiently compile reports and statistics required by regulatory agencies and funding sources.
- Participate in Treatment Teams: Engage in regular meetings, trainings, and committees to ensure seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
- NYS Teacher Certification: Possess a valid New York State Teacher Certification in Special Education or be pursuing certification.
- Experience in Early Childhood or Special Education: Have a strong background in working with children with special needs, preferably in an early childhood or special education setting.
- Valid NYS Driver's License: Possess a valid New York State Driver's License.
