Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach and follow-up
  • Assess and address customer banking needs, providing tailored solutions and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date on consumer and business banking products and services, including digital offerings
  • Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Process basic transactions, open new accounts, and complete service requests
  • Proactively educate customers on emerging digital products and services to enhance their financial well-being
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically 3-4 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
  • Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Russian, Ukrainian, and English
