Job Overview

ADEX is seeking a highly skilled RF Network Optimization Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing wireless networks to meet the needs of our customers.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented RF Engineer to take on a leadership role and oversee the planning, design, and optimization of wireless networks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and provide expert advice on radio frequency network design and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, design, and optimization of wireless networks, ensuring high performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement radio frequency network designs, considering factors such as coverage, capacity, and interference.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and provide expert advice on radio frequency network design and optimization.
  • Analyze drive test data and performance statistics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum ten (10) years' experience with BSEE/BSCS or applicable experience in radio network design and optimization.
  • Leadership experience in large-scale projects, with demonstrated technical organization and oversight skills.
  • Extensive experience with 5G NR, Massive MIMO, mmWave, LAA, 4G LTE, IOT, CBRS, and multi-vendor technologies.
  • Detailed understanding of layer 3 messages, link budget, and Monte Carlo analysis.
  • Proficient with MS Office and excellent communication skills.
