About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal RF Engineer to join our team in Linthicum, Maryland. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing next-generation superconducting circuits.

  • Create and implement innovative circuit designs using Cadence Virtuoso and other IC design software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and test new technologies.
  • Work closely with product owners, fabrication teams, and test teams to bring experimental ideas to reality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 3 years of experience.
  • Mastery level experience with Cadence Virtuoso or similar IC design software.
  • Experience with Linux infrastructure setup and PDK.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
