Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Community Choice Financial Family of Brands. As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty
- Lead and manage a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and security procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales and customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and service team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum one year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- At least two years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
