- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Performance Management: Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
- Minimum 1 Year of Experience: In a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail or customer service environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Associate Degree or Higher: Preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish: A plus and may be required for certain locations.
