Position Overview: The Fleet Maintenance Specialist will be tasked with ensuring that all company-operated facilities are maintained to the highest standards, thereby projecting an exceptional brand image to both customers and employees.

This role encompasses the responsibility of maintaining the appraised value of all assigned properties, ensuring that they are kept in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on maintenance of company facilities, equipment, and grounds across various locations.
  • Ensure compliance with building maintenance procedures and industry standards.
  • Maintain all building equipment, including electrical, plumbing, and kitchen apparatus.
  • Manage facilities for office, warehouse, and restaurant environments.
  • Stay informed about building codes and OSHA standards relevant to facility management.

Qualifications:

  • A two-year technical degree or equivalent experience in facility maintenance.
  • Proficiency in commercial property maintenance and management.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to utilize various hand tools; welding experience is advantageous.
  • Capability to work at heights and endure varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to travel to different locations as required.

Work Environment: The successful candidate must be available for on-call duties on a rotating schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise to troubleshoot facility maintenance issues.
  • Communicating effectively to complete electronic work orders and respond to internal requests.
  • Managing inventory and procurement of maintenance supplies.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members.
