About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience. As a Student Success Specialist, you will work onsite at a school in Capistrano Beach, CA, and be contracted through Soliant Education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations to identify students' unique needs.
- Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's requirements.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, aligning with their IEP objectives.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid California OT license or eligibility to obtain.
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $65-$90 per hour, depending on experience.
