Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Therapist to join our dynamic team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their communication goals.

• Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
• Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in speech therapy and participate in ongoing professional development

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) and active state licensure in MA
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students
