Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial operations, including the generation of periodic financial reports, maintenance of accounting records, and development of controls and budgets to minimize risk.
  • Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts, report variances, and devise strategies to meet financial objectives.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead the consolidation process, ensuring timely completion of all financial reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, annual budgeting, consolidations, and income statement preparation.
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP.
  • Excellent leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • High integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
  • Proficient in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment, with the capacity to make informed decisions based on accurate analyses.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and handle critical decision-making.
  • High energy and maturity, with the ability to unify discussions around financial matters at both strategic and tactical levels.
