Job Title: Spare Parts Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Engineer to join our team at Stefanini Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing spare parts solutions to maximize vehicle uptime and create a competitive product advantage in the aftermarket business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, document, and optimize spare parts solutions needed for technical repairs
  • Develop, adapt, and document repair methods and standard times on component, system, and vehicle level
  • Develop, adapt, and document special tools needed to perform repair methods
  • Lead internal technical review related to spare parts, repair methods, and standard times to ensure coherence
  • Ensure that repair methods and standard times fulfill the company's safety and quality objectives
  • Secure to verify, validate, and quality assure technical solutions prior to introduction in systems
  • Ensure the technical solution is synchronized with stakeholders and takes a holistic view of the entire product value chain
  • Take ownership of the parts assortment and repair methods throughout the product lifecycle
  • Close collaboration with Product Development Engineering to share learnings from the market and product performance to enhance vehicle uptime
  • Use machine learning and business intelligence to drive efficiencies in the day-to-day work to improve dealer workshop autonomy and maintenance effectiveness
  • Have a passion/interest for Automation (Python, Java, C++) to develop solutions to drive efficiency in day-to-day work
  • Strong skills in Data Analytics to help drive decision making to support the business based on data
