**Compensation Package Highlights:**

  • The successful candidate will enjoy an annual salary of $685,000, complemented by a WRVU bonus model that offers additional financial incentives.
  • A generous signing bonus of $100,000 is also available to attract top talent.
  • We offer education loan repayment assistance of $20,000 per year to support the professional growth of our medical staff.
  • Relocation expense reimbursement of $20,000 is provided to help ease the transition for our out-of-town candidates.
  • Our hospital-employed practice features a call schedule of 1:4, with extra compensation offered beyond this ratio.

  • As a member of our growing practice, you will join three other esteemed surgeons and three Physician Assistants, working together to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Our full support of subspecialty practice growth ensures opportunities for professional advancement and specialization.
  • We are building towards a team of five full-time surgeons, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • We serve one hospital in one clinic setting, allowing for efficient and effective communication among staff members.
  • Leveraging a Level III trauma center, we focus on bread-and-butter ortho cases, while complex injuries are efficiently shipped out to specialist centers.
  • Thanks to our Hospitalist team, who admit all patients, our Orthopedic service focuses on consultation and treatment, streamlining our clinical processes.
  • We have dedicated block time in our operating rooms, along with flip rooms and a Mako Robot, enhancing our surgical capabilities.
  • Our catchment area boasts 250,000 residents, with nearby Fort Drum serving as home to the renowned 10th Mountain Division.
  • Teaching opportunities are available through accredited ACGME/AOA programs, fostering professional growth and development within our institution.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

  • Board certification or eligibility with the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery is required for this position.
