Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the compounding of products and ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines
  • Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in compounding pharmacy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working as a compounding pharmacist
  • State-licensed pharmacist, preferably in Nebraska or willing to obtain Nebraska license
  • Experience as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) or lead pharmacist
  • Knowledge of state laws regulating pharmaceutical compounding practices
