Master Carpenter

Ruhan General Contracting is a reputable construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee and manage various residential and commercial projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a deep understanding of construction techniques and processes.

• Interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately to ensure successful project execution
• Coordinate and assign tasks to a team of carpenters and other construction workers
• Oversee and manage the construction process, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Set up and organize work areas, ensuring materials and tools are readily available
• Inspect work progress regularly, ensuring compliance with quality standards
• Resolve issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to prevent accidents

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and building codes
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
