Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team. As a key contributor to our organization's transformation strategy, you will be responsible for delivering the best-practice approach to plan and prepare for all aspects of project engagement, delivery, and adoption within your assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects focused on integrating Ancillary Third-Party Applications within the Epic system.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including IT, clinical staff, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of third-party applications.
  • Define areas including resource allocations, influencing sponsors, and managing work prioritization.
  • Play an active role in making decisions involving human resources, technical, and financial resources necessary to implement change for high-impact environments.
  • Design processes and structures to support CommonSpirit Health enterprise-wide change.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management within the healthcare industry, with a focus on Epic implementations.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including application owners and interface teams.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare IT standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $110,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on experience.
