Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative, coordination, and field support to the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent.
  2. Review and analyze construction documents, including plans and specifications.
  3. Assist with submittals, RFIs, and change order requests.
  4. Prepare and distribute weekly progress reports.
  5. Coordinate and attend OAC meetings.
  6. Assist with scheduling and deadline management.
  7. Close out projects by coordinating and assembling documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple projects in the Colorado area.
  • Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
