ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide friendly and courteous communication when handling phone calls, transferring inquiries, and taking messages.
2. Process all program and membership payments accurately.
3. Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
4. Welcome everyone entering the facility with a friendly demeanor and engage with all members.
5. Ensure all members and guests are properly checked in, greeting members by name during the check-in process.
6. Assist with facility tours once adequately trained.
7. Capture membership photos for identification cards.
8. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all programs to address inquiries effectively.
9. Ensure accurate entry of all program registrations and membership applications.
10. Reconcile daily cash receipts and closeouts with precision.
11. Take responsibility for arranging coverage for your shift if unable to work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with members, staff, volunteers, and vendors.

• Experience in customer service, including proper phone etiquette and proficiency in computer usage.

• Minimum age requirement of 16.

• Previous experience working with children is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds, abilities, and perspectives.

• Certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
