Responsibilities- Administer medications, including IV solutions, and provide wound care as needed.
- Document patient care delivery, condition, reaction, and progress in a timely and thorough manner.
- Reinforce patient and family teaching/counseling to ensure a smooth transition to home care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide direct evidence-based care to patients as directed by the physician or RN.
- Accredited LPN Program
- Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
