Job Summary:The Pediatric Nurse Practitioner will provide primary health care to infants, children, and adolescents through assessment, diagnosis, and management of various health conditions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong clinical background, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive health care to pediatric patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, including medication management and education.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in pediatric healthcare.
- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Current NJ state license and CDS/DEA certification.
- CPR certification.
- NP Certification.
- Three to five years of experience as a professional nurse.
