Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our pediatric dentistry team at Bluetree Practice Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.

Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including preparing patients for exams and procedures.
  • Take and develop radiographs (x-rays) as needed.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as a dental assistant or completion of a dental assisting program.
  • BLS/CPR certification.
  • Experience with practice management software (Open Dental a plus).
  • EFDA and RHS certifications required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
